Luciano Cohan

This dataset includes monthly indices of Economic Policy Uncertainty for 22 countries plus two GDP-weighted indices of Global Economic Policy Uncertainty. The data series cover the period from January 1997 to the present for all countries, and they go back to earlier years for certain countries.

Alphacast

This dataset includes monthly Consumer Price Index for Germany calculated by the Federal Statistical Office. The  index is compiled for the Federal Republic of Germany as a whole and for all Länder. Unlike the HICP, it also includes prices for owner-occupied housing (following the rental equivalence approach), gambling as well as motor vehicle tax and registration fees. Prices are collected from representatively selected retail stores or service units (for example companies, stores, outlets) including public and state providers. Private households which let one (or more) flat(s) to other private households are considered service providers (companies) and thus equal to survey units.
