This dataset includes monthly information on the foreign exchange balance and the evolution of international reserves. Prepared by the External Sector Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Argentina. The foreign exchange balance encompasses transactions conducted by entities with clients through the Foreign Exchange Market, as well as those directly carried out with the Central Bank's international reserves, recorded in its financial evolution. The data are reported by entities authorized to operate in foreign exchange under Section "A" of the Foreign Exchange Operations Reporting System, established by Communication "A" 3840 and its subsequent amendments. The figures are expressed in millions of U.S. dollars. For the calculation of dollar equivalents, the provisions of Communication "A" 3868 and its amendments were considered. ...
